The International Association for Research in Public Management (AIRMAP) brings together institutions as well as French and foreign researchers specialized in the fields of public management and public action. AIRMAP is a place of exchange between the academic world and the actors of public action. It is also a place of exploration of ideas,
innovative tools to improve public action.
The 11th edition of the AIRMAP colloquium will take place at the University Mohammed V - Rabat in Morocco from June 1st to 3rd 2022 and will focus on the theme "Visions and values of public management in a context of crisis(s)".
Ten years after the edition of the AIRMAP 2012 conference on "Public Values", we wish to question the evolutions in public management and the new visions and values they carry, especially in an economic, social and political context dominated by crises and which sees the resurgence of protectionism and the return of
of a form - at least temporary - of welfare state.
AIRMAP invites the management science and social science communities in general to present around this issue:

• Theoretical papers ;
• Fieldwork;
• Presentations of new operational tools, novel methods and diagnostics.

The symposium is anxious to highlight in particular:

• The pluralism of theoretical and contextual approaches;
• Interdisciplinary approaches;
• Diagnostics based on local and comparative field surveys;
• The novelties of operational approaches;
• The dynamism of young researchers.

Finally, organized for the first time outside of France, this 11th edition of the AIRMAP conference invites the entire scientific community in public management to promote research on issues specific to the Maghreb countries and Africa in general, such as: modernization and competitiveness of public action, decentralization, and the development of a new approach to public management.
