REGISTRATION FEES (Residents in Morrocco)

The registration fees are identical in € or in MAD. Payment in MAD is reserved for participants residing in Morocco. However, participants residing in Morocco can also pay their registration in € if they wish.

The registration fees for the AIRMAP 2022 conference are as follows:

• Conference registration - Teachers-researchers or practitioners: 1680 MAD
• Conference registration with gala dinner on Thursday, June 2, 2022 - Teachers-researchers or practitioners: 2415 MAD
• Conference registration - PhD students: 840 MAD
• Conference registration with gala dinner on Thursday, June 2, 2022 - PhD students: 1575 MAD

Registration to the conference includes: welcome and delivery of a conference kit (program, summary of papers...); participation to all sessions of the conference; lunches and coffee breaks.

The conference is planned in "hybrid" mode: face-to-face and distance learning. The registration fees are valid regardless of the mode of participation in the conference (face-to-face and/or distance learning). The modalities of the sessions will be confirmed to the participants according to the sanitary constraints which will be in force during the conference.

For speakers, registration for the conference and payment of the registration fee are essential for the papers to be included in the conference program. In the case of papers with several authors, the registration of at least one of the authors is required. Only authors who have actually registered for the conference and paid the registration fee will be able to participate in the conference. In the case of participation in remote mode, only those registered for the conference will be allowed to present their paper.

DATES TO REMEMBER:

• Deadline for submission of full papers: May 9, 2022
• Deadline for registration and payment of registration fees: May 16, 2022.

The registration to the conference is effective only when the payment is received.
